If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must show no signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering
- Proof of purchase is required
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@solareglow.com before returning any item — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is made after the 90-day window
- The product was damaged due to improper use
- The item is returned without prior authorization from our support team
- The original packaging is missing or damaged
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SolareGlow is not responsible for lost return packages.
